Even though it is still sunny and warm outside, September has already arrived. For many that means kids back in school, days getting shorter and vacations in the rear view mirror. In other words, time to get back to work with recharged batteries. I hope you enjoyed your holiday to the fullest and your memories will help you smooth the transition from bright summer days to autumn season.
Over the past few weeks we have witnessed serious economic problems in both the United States and Europe. Despite the fact they have been affecting nearly the whole world, Canada with its AAA credit rating remained in a stronger position than most countries. I feel there is no reason to panic here if our government takes necessary steps in time to protect our economy in this situation. Moreover, our real estate market is also performing well, interest rates are extremely low and house prices are still affordable, so this might be the best time to start thinking about investment into property.
