Citizens of Toronto, Canada:  Look at these pictures.  Fantastic pictures.  All of them.  Just fantastic.  A look.  And you would understand how great these pictures are. Believe me.

This is a phenomenal house!  Detached. Contemporary. Completely renovated and with all the gold standard stuff: open concept main floor with front hall closet, kitchen with built-in everything (Sub Zero fridge, Miele wall ovens, gah – so many things to list you just need to come and check it out), powder room, and family room that leads to the best backyard this side of Las Vegas. Enormous, low maintenance, outdoor spaces with a built in hot tub and West facing sun.  It’s so luxurious.  The sunshine is golden. You’re gonna love it. If this backyard were in a beauty pageant, it would win and I would be hitting on it.

I could stop here, but then you would miss hearing about the 2nd floor which has a master bedroom suite to end all the others you have ever seen.  More room than you’ll know how to handle with windows overlooking the backyard, built in closets and a bathroom with double shower, separate egg tub, heated floors and some spectacular lighting. Unbelievable lighting.  If there is something that is a major ‘nice-to-have’ in a bathroom, its fancy lighting that makes you look like 4-12 billion dollars.

Can you believe this?  There’s more.  It’s absolutely fantastic!  Basement fully equipped with separate entrance, another bedroom, a bathroom, and TV zone with projector.

You’re gonna do the Hillary shimmy when you see the garage. For two cars! You’ll need it. Because you may never drive anywhere again. Why would you? This house is tucked between two of the best – Little Italy and Dundas West. Everyone talks about how great this location is. It’s beautiful.

I have made some tough decisions in my life, but it’s always with an eye to the bottom line. This is a great decision. Just tremendous.

It’s tangible. It’s solid. It’s artistic from my standpoint, and I just love real estate. Since you’re gonna be thinking anyway, you might as well think big.
