I am the developer of Transit Now Toronto — a free Android app that tells you when your next streetcar or bus arrives.
I believe my app stands out from the rest thanks its larger set of features. I did this project as something on the side by myself because I wasn’t happy with what other apps had to offer.
The app is for completely free, with no ads so I am not asking this to gain profit. I am currently an undergrad student at the University of Toronto doing my last year of Computer Science.
I was wondering if you could expose my app in your media/content. I simply want the Toronto public to know what they can get. I strongly believe my app would help out a lot of Toronto commuters.

Hi John,thanks for the comment! We already published three articles about apps on ILoveToronto, one of them is the Best Toronto Apps list! Up to now, we have been focusing on iPhone apps, but we’re preparing an Android edition too, so thanks for the suggestion!

Hi Heather, thanks so much for posting about Toronto Kids-Fest and helping us spread the word. I’m just concerned that you indicated that the pony rides are free, when they’re not. If you wouldn’t mind saying either they come with an additional small fee, or $5.
